Roll Back the Clock aims to boost physical activity rates among Australians aged 65 and over through light exercise and education. It will get you out and about, doing fun activities, learning about good health and socialising with likeminded people.
It’s being held at Kensington Gardens Bowling & Tennis Club every Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks, commencing 9th June. And it costs only $20 for the full program!
