We are running Bowls Australia’s better ageing program Roll Back the Clock again, commencing 27th July.
Roll Back the Clock introduces topics to increase health awareness among seniors as well as providing a low to moderate intensity exercise program to improve general cardio fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. Although designed for seniors, there are many exercise options available, allowing the fitness trainer to tailor a workout experience to meet the needs of people of varying ages and fitness levels. Note that the program is not just for bowlers.
There are 2 sessions per week, every Wednesday and Friday morning from 10 -11am, commencing on 27th July and ending on 19th August. The cost of the 8-session program is $40. Maximum number of participants is 20.
