Phil and Tania are busy finalising members for the upcoming season. If there is anyone wanting to play or you know of anyone who wants to join, please contact Phil or Tania.

Pre Season

Please put the dates in your calendars.

Season Opening Dinner

This will be Friday, September 19 at the club.

Pennant Training

Pennant training begins on Tuesday, September 2 at 9am. People interested in playing pennants but still thinking about it are most welcome to come along. You will be notified of a time for an afternoon session shortly.

Preseason Trials

  • September 13, Saturday vs Walkerville @TBD
  • September 17, Wednesday vs Sturt @Sturt
  • September 20, Saturday vs McLaren Vale @McLaren Vale
  • October 4, Saturday vs Clarence Gardens @Clarence Gardens
  • October 8, Wednesday vs Clarence Gardens @Clarence Gardens

Availability lists have been placed on the whiteboard in the clubrooms. Please indicate which matches you will be available for by ticking the dates against your name. Place a cross on the dates to indicate where you are not available. If your name has been omitted or incorrectly displayed, please adjust accordingly.

I encourage you to participate in as many as possible because most are on grass in a variety of locations. Grass play was a request in the survey and this is one way we are responding.

Renovation Works Update

Plumbing is taking shape, air conditioning is well on the way. Once the underfloor plumbing has been completed, pouring the new floor will be next. The area was once an office, ladies' locker room and toilets and an accessible toilet.

Sunday Morning Hire

Can members please note that from Sunday 10 August the Redeemer Church will be hiring the clubhouse from 7:30am to 12:30pm for a service every Sunday (except for a limited number of occasions when certain club events have priority).

When the upgrade project is finished access to the storage area for mats and jacks will be available, but until then we ask that members keep out of the clubhouse at this time. It will still be possible to have a bowl by using mats from the water hut.
