Club Renovation Works Starting Mid May.
We’re excited to be kicking off the renovation of the change room and office area at the club very soon! These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to providing a more comfortable, functional, and modern space for our members, staff, and visitors.
The improvements will not only enhance day-to-day operations but also create a more welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. BUT... there are things that need to be done prior to building, this is "Phase I".
PHASE I - Preparation
All items will need to be removed from the change room and office areas prior to the commencement of construction works, this includes:
- Friday, May 2nd: All lockers must be emptied in preparation for the renovation.
- Monday, May 5th: It is proposed to shift the social bowls to the northern side of the clubhouse after the ladies have finished indoor bowls practice approx 11am.
- Wednesday, May 7th: Hopefully dispose of the lockers and the metal cupboard in the office.
PHASE II - Building Works
Some site work may commence in the middle of May. I intend as much as possible to keep you informed of progress on the project. The work involved is independent of the results of the grant application.
